Introduction
Our ITI students have always done well, but I still feel that they can improve better. To achieve this, my team and I are constantly instilling discipline and building confidence in them. Apart from academics, they have the potential to develop holistically and contribute meaningfully to their families and society. With over 31 years of teaching experience in ITI, I have developed a clear vision — the technical training imparted by the ITIs under the government-run NCVT is a vital component in shaping the youth and, consequently, our nation.
